1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure it is in the same condition you received it. See our Terms of Service for more information.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable items or marked final sale
  • Opened health products (due to hygiene standards)

4. Refund Process

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

7. Missing or Delayed Refunds
