1. Processing Times

All Glyco Forte orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received after 12:00 PM AEST are processed the following business day.

2. Australian Delivery Estimates

Approximate delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping (AU): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (AU): 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $75 within Australia.

3. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package in real-time.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional charges for redelivery.

5. Missed Deliveries & Returned Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver and your package is returned, we will notify you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first contact the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but we’ll do our best to assist.

7. Discreet Shipping

All Glyco Forte orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. There are no references to the product name or supplement category on the exterior label.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time. For updates, subscribe to our newsletter or check our announcements.
